Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in new, resellable condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
